When will my order ship?
Every piece is made to order, which usually takes 2–5 business days, then ships. Most US orders arrive within 5–10 business days total; you get tracking as soon as it leaves the print floor.
Will the ink really stay black on black?
Yes — designs are printed to hold matte, high-opacity ink on dark garments so the chart lines read cleanly under a red torch and hold up through repeated washing. Wash inside-out and cold, skip the dryer when you can.
Are the charts and symbols accurate?
That is the whole point. Star positions render from raw J2000 coordinates, atlas symbols follow chart convention, RA is in hours, and seeing and transparency are never conflated. It is drawn to survive a club member’s nitpick across a star party.
What if the size is wrong?
Check the size chart on this page before ordering — made-to-order means exchanges are slower than fast fashion. If something arrives misprinted or damaged, contact us and we will make it right at no cost.
